All non-residential Workshops are of five-day duration, scheduled from 10.00 Am to 5.30 PM on all five days.
One participant can register for one or upto three workshops (offered in different weeks as per the schedule) using a single registration form.
The registration fees for each non-residential workshop of five days duration is INR 15,000/- (inclusive of GST) per participant.
Registration to a workshop is not transferable — Participants are not allowed to change the workshop after registration, or transfer their registration to any other person.
After completing the registration, you will receive an acknowledgment email from cep@nid.edu with the payment details for the registration fee. Subsequent steps to be followed after payment will also be mentioned in the email.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Registration & Payment

1. All non-residential Workshops are of five-day duration, scheduled from 10.00 Am to 5.30 PM on all five days.

2. One participant can register for one or upto three workshops (offered in different weeks as per the schedule) using a single registration form.

3. Registration for a workshop(s) does not guarantee a confirmed seat. Your participation will be confirmed only after confirmed receipt of the registration fees.

4. Registration fee must be paid within 7 days from submission of the registration form.

5. The National Institute of Design reserves the right to cancel any of the workshops due to insufficient registration or any other reason. (check refund policy for details).

6. The registration fees for each non-residential workshop of five days duration is INR 15,000/- (inclusive of GST) per participant.

7. Registration to a workshop is not transferable — Participants are not allowed to change the workshop after registration, or transfer their registration to any other person.

8. The registration fees can be paid through online bank transfer or DD/PO in favour of National Institute of Design, payable at Ahmedabad.

9. The registration Fees is inclusive of workshop content, workshop kit bag, basic materials used in the workshop, lunch and refreshments.

10. Registered participants with full attendance in the five-day workshop shall be awarded a Certificate of Participation on completion of the workshop.

11. The participants will be allowed to take back the outcome of their workshops with them.

Refund in Case of Cancellations

1. In case NID cancels the workshop, registration fees shall be refunded in full. This refund will be remitted to the same bank account from which payment was received.

2. Participants can withdraw their registration upto 5 days before the workshop commencement, in which case 10% administrative charges + GST will be deducted from the registration fees before the refund. In such cases the participants have to inform the organisers via email to cep@nid.edu alteast 5 days before the workshop commencement.

3. In case a registered participant does not show up on the day of the workshop / does not attend the workshop, then no refund will be given.

4. The refund process will be initiated only after 20 days of completion of the scheduled workshop.

General conditions

1. Kit/Materials/study materials/Certificate/Food/Interaction etc. will be provided only to the registered participants.

2. Registered participants will have to make their own arrangements of travel and stay, at their own costs.

3. For any legal matter only the courts of Ahmedabad shall have jurisdiction on the same.

4. Force Majeure: NID shall not be liable for any loss or damages or delay resulting from general economic, natural calamities conditions or other market effects.

4. Accompanying Parents or Guardians of the registered participants shall not be allowed in any context to visit the Workshops / Classroom / Studios / areas where the workshops are being conducted.

I further hereby undertake to abide by the rules & regulations of the Institution.
