Registration fee must be paid within 7 days from submission of the registration form and, participant seat will only be confirmed only after the payment is received at CEP desk.
NID reserves the right to cancel any of the above-listed workshops. In such cases, 100% registration fee will be refunded to the participant.
A Certificate of participation will be awarded only if 100% attendance for all 5 days in the registered workshop
In case the participant withdraws his/her registration one week prior to the scheduled workshop, the registration fee will be refunded after the deduction of 10% Administrative charges + GST. In such cases, an official request email will have to be sent at cep@nid.edu. The refund process will be initiated only after 20 days of completion of the scheduled workshop.
Registration fees will be refunded only as per the registered participant details available in the form and not to any other bank account. If the participant is minor then only the parents' bank details will be considered with relative documents.
Any kind of Audio/Video recording via any kind of device/gadget is prohibited. Also, unknown entry/chain will not be permitted other than only registered candidates.
Any violations to the rules, terms & conditions mentioned above, NID can terminate participant registration and may not allow to continue the session / module / workshop / programme immediately without any reasons/warning.
No participant's parents or Guardian shall be entertained in any context to visit the Workshop / Classroom / Studio / Area.
Kit/Materials/Documents/Certificate/Food/Interaction will be provided only to the registered participants.
For any legal matter only court of Ahmedabad shall have jurisdiction on the same.
Force Majeure: NID shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting in trending / performance damage from general economic, natural calamities conditions or other market effects.
The time schedule is given in good faith and any delay in the schedule, due to reasons beyond our control such as non-availability of materials, delay on the part of the participant to furnish requisite information, service, delays in specific payment, delays caused by candidate, acts of God, strikes, riots, war, sabotage, rain, flood change of law of any other such reasons, shall not be binding on NID.
In case of a refund, you need to cancel the registration 15 days before the workshop, else no refund.
