Non-residential workshop for 2-day duration, scheduled from 10.00 Am to 5.30 PM on both days.
The registration fees for non-residential workshop is ₹15,000/- + GST and taxes as applicable, per participant.
Registration is not transferable to any other person.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Registration & Payment

1. A non-residential workshop duration, scheduled from 10.00 am to 5.30 pm.

2. Registration for a workshop does not guarantee a confirmed seat. Your participation will be confirmed only after confirmed receipt of the registration fees.

3. Registration fee must be paid within 3 days from submission of the registration form.

4. The National Institute of Design reserves the right to cancel the workshop due to insufficient registration or any other reason (which will be notified by 18th October). (check refund policy for details).

5. The registration fees for this 2-day duration is ₹15,000/- + GST and taxes as applicable, per participant.

6. Registration to a workshop is not transferable — participants not allowed to change the workshop after registration, or transfer to their registration any other person.

7. The registration fees can be paid through NEFT/RTGS or DD/PO in favour of National Institute of Design, payable at Ahmedabad.

8. The registration Fees is inclusive of workshop content, workshop kit bag, basic materials used in the workshop, lunch and refreshments.

9. Registered participants with 100% attendance in workshop shall be awarded a Certificate of Participation on completion of the workshop.

10. The participants will be allowed to take back the outcome of their workshops with them.

Refund in Case of Cancellations

1. In case NID cancels the workshop, 100% registration fees shall be refunded to the same bank account from which payment was received.

2. Participants can withdraw their registration upto 5 days before the workshop commencement, in which case 10% administrative charges + GST will be deducted from the registration fees before the refund. In such cases the participants have to inform the organisers via email to cep@nid.edu.

3. In case a registered participant does not show up on the day of the workshop / does not attend the workshop/ cancels within 5 days of the workshop, then no refund will be applicable.

4. The refund process will be initiated only after 30 working days of completion of the scheduled workshop.

General conditions

1. Kit/Materials/study materials/Certificate/ lunch /refreshment etc. will be provided only to the registered participants during the working hours of workshop.

2. This is a non - residential workshop. Registered participants will have to make their own arrangements of travel, stay, food and conveyance to the venue, at their own costs. Lunch and tea will be served on the two days at the venue, by NID.

3. For any legal matter only the courts of Ahmedabad shall have jurisdiction on the same.

4. Force Majeure: NID shall not be liable for any loss or damages or delay resulting from general economic, natural calamities conditions or other market effects.

4. Accompanying Parents, Guardians or Partner of the registered participant shall not be allowed in any context to visit the Workshops / Classroom / Studios / areas where the workshops are being conducted.
