Registration & Payment

1. All workshops are non-residential, scheduled from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on all days.

2. Registration for a workshop(s) does not guarantee a confirmed seat. Your participation will be confirmed only after receipt of the registration fee.

3. The registration fee must be paid within three (3) days from the submission of the registration form.

4. The National Institute of Design (NID) reserves the right to cancel any of the workshops due to insufficient registration or any other reason (refer to the refund policy for details).

5. Registration to a workshop is not transferable. Participants are not allowed to change their selected workshop after registration or transfer their registration to another person.

6. The registration fee can be paid through online bank transfer or Demand Draft (DD)/ Pay Order in favour of National Institute of Design, payable at Ahmedabad.

7. The registration fee is inclusive of workshop content, workshop kit, basic materials used in the workshop, lunch, and refreshments.

8. Registered participants with full attendance in the workshop shall be awarded a Certificate of Participation on completion.

9. Registered participants are required to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements at their own cost.

10. The Management of NID shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay resulting from natural causes, mechanical failures, or market effects.

11. For any legal matter, only the courts of Ahmedabad shall have jurisdiction.

Refund Policy

In case NID cancels a workshop, the registration fee shall be refunded in full to the same bank account from which the payment was received.
Participants may withdraw their registration up to 7 days before the workshop commencement date. In such cases, 50% of the fee will be refunded (50% will be deducted as administrative charges). The participant must send an email to cep@nid.edu at least 7 days prior to the start date of the workshop.
In case a registered participant does not attend the workshop, no refund will be made.
